Sampling Lead Times & Policies

• Pricing: 2 Pricing types - accuracy of sampling will determine final pricing for sample:

Pricing 1) Enough to get the job done:                         Pricing 2) Money can almost buy everything:

- Colours:       Cloest we can get                                      : Cloest we can get with more money

- Sizing:          Best we can make from no                       : We will make patterns of one size/style

                       patterns/Your sample copied

- Packaging:   Best we can do (no promises)                  : Cloest we can get with more money

- Materials:     Cloest we can find (2 samples)                 : Right material (2-3 samples to get it right)

• Communication:

If Buyer does not respond promptly = EDKA are not responsible for delays (sampling or order) 

•  Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party's reasonable control. 

• Refund's - Once sampling is made, no refunds are possible unless we didn't didn't do what you wanted/lost proof you confirmed that sample. Before shipment a photo will be sent for approval and signature.

           - If an order is made within 2 months of sampling - sampling fees may be refundable and                                                           reimbursed in final deposit.

• Specifics of samples will be confirmed with Buyer - Signature by at least 1 (perferablly 2) company decision makers
